A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses organizational readiness and its role in building an agile organization: an exploratory study at the University of Mosul .
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, the master’s thesis tagged “Organizational Readiness and its Role in Building an Agile Organization: An Exploratory Study at the University of Mosul”.
The current study presented by the student “Adnan Ahmed Mansour Abdullah” aimed to identify the role of organizational readiness represented by the dimensions of the structural component represented by (support for senior management, clarity of vision and organizational flexibility) and the psychological component represented by (the cognitive dimension, the emotional dimension and the behavioral dimension) and its role in achieving agile organizations with their dimensions represented by (agile leadership, agile culture and agile administrative communication).The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Hussein from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Mohamed, and Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi.
