The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Employing Strategic Patterns in Crisis Management Stages: The Mediating Role of Emotional Stability of Leaders / An Analytical Study in the Iraqi Ministry of Health

Part of it was attended by Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, the respected Dean of the Faculty.The study presented by the student “Muthanna Saad Yassin” in the Department of Business Administration, explains the basics of philosophy whose objectives and the contents of its rules depend on identifying the expected role of the variable of emotional stability of leaders (whichever is better modified or mediated role) in the relationship between employing strategic patterns and achieving the success of crisis management stages.The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ihsan Dahsh Jalab from the University of Al-Qadisiya, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah, Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed, Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Abdullah, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim and the membership and supervision of Prof. Dr. Alaa Ahmed Hassan / retired.
