The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Spiritual leadership and its role in enhancing productive organizational energy / an analytical study in the faculties of science – University of Mosul”
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study presented by the student “Ahmed Khaled Khalil” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to identify the role of spiritual leadership, represented in its five dimensions (vision, hope / faith, altruism, organism, meaning, which is an independent variable, in enhancing the productive organizational energy, which represents a dependent variable with three dimensions (emotional energy, cognitive energy, behavioral energy) in the faculties of science at the University of Mosul,The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of two correlation and moral impact between spiritual leadership and the enhancement of organizational energy produced in the colleges studied, and the strongest correlation between the dimension of meaning and organizational energy produced.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah Al-Maadidi, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Essam Latif from Al-Muthanna University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani.
