The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of human resource flexibility in achieving organizational excellence: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of individuals working in the Nineveh Electricity Distribution Directorate Center”.
The current study submitted by the student “Rasha Majed Ezzat” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to identify the extent of the impact of the flexibility of human resources in its dimensions represented in (flexibility of skill, flexibility of practices, flexibility of behavior) in achieving organizational excellence in its dimensions represented in (administrative leaders and strategic planning, human resources, customer satisfaction, quality of system and operations, innovation and technology, environmental management) in the Directorate of Nineveh Electricity Distribution Center.The study reached conclusions, most notably: that the general rate of perception of the sample members about each of its variables was positive, and the study found a correlation and significant impact between the flexibility of the human resource and organizational excellence based on the results of the study.
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and Assistant Professor Dr. Makiya Kreidi Bunyan from Al-Mustansiriya University, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari.
