The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of big data technology capabilities in enhancing creative performance: An exploratory study in Korek Telecom Telecom in the Northern Region”.

The current study presented by the student “Ahmed Abdullah Mohammed” aims to know the impact of big data technology capabilities in its dimensions (technical capabilities, organizational capabilities, and human capabilities) in enhancing creative performance in its dimensions (exploratory creative performance, and exploitative creative performance).
A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: (the existence of a strong correlation between the capabilities of big data technology in its dimensions and the creative performance of the organization studied), and there is (a positive statistically significant effect between the capabilities of big data technology in its dimensions and the creative performance in the organization studied).
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Prof. Dr. Riyad Aziz Al-Safou from Maysan University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hoda Abdel Rahim Hussein, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ramadan Mahmoud Remo, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Fattah Mahmoud.
