The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of critical success factors in the adoption of the digital supply chain: a survey study in medical supplies companies in Nineveh Governorate”.

The current study submitted by the student “Ali Hussein Abdullah Ahmed Al-Majed” aims to achieve a main goal of identifying the acceptance of cadres working in medical supplies companies in Nineveh Governorate for the digital supply chain in their companies. To achieve this, the study used the inferential approach through the technical acceptance model (UTAUT), which is represented by the variable of performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, facilitating circumstances, critical success factors, behavioral intention and use behavior,
A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: the intention of medical supplies companies in Nineveh Governorate to adopt the digital supply chain, as well as the critical success factors have a significant impact on the behavioral intention towards adopting the digital supply chain.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Al-Maadidi, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Rabie Ali Zakr from Al-Hamdaniya University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Zuhair Tawfiq under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Abdul Rahman Youssef.
