The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Adopting emerging digital technologies and their impact on organizational performance – a survey of the opinions of a sample of doctors in the Nineveh health sector.

The current study presented by the student “Ali Zuhair Ali Ahmed” aims to identify the impact of adopting emerging digital technologies in enhancing organizational performance. In order to achieve this goal, the study model was designed, starting from the factors affecting the adoption of emerging digital technologies to the intention to adopt emerging digital technologies and then its impact on enhancing organizational performance based on the theory that supports the adoption of technology, represented by (Push-Pull-Mooring Model) PPM,
A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: There is a clear indication that organizational performance depends heavily and mainly on the adoption of emerging digital technologies in the researched organization, and the researcher suggested the need to pay attention to the adoption of emerging digital technologies through the implementation of more studies.

The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Hussein, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Hussein from the Northern Technical University / Technical Institute – Hawija’ and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Fattah Mahmoud.
