College of Administration and Economics

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Dynamic Administrative Capabilities and their Impact on Strategic Leadership: An Exploratory Study at the University of Mosul”.
Part of it was attended by the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study presented by the student “Sura Saad El-Din Ahmed” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to determine the extent to which the types of dynamic administrative capabilities represented in: (administrative human capital, administrative social capital, administrative perception) in achieving strategic leadership represented by: (entrepreneurial mentality, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, strategic resource management).
Since the educational environment is the best option for conducting the study as a research place and the expertise of its pioneers, the University of Mosul has been chosen as its field.
The study reached conclusions, most notably: that there are correlations and a positive impact of dynamic administrative capabilities at the macro level in strategic leadership, as well as correlation relations and a positive impact of dynamic administrative capabilities combined in strategic leadership individually, and a positive impact of dynamic administrative capabilities individually in strategic leadership combined.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Fadel Radi Ghobash from the University of Kufa, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, and Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah.
