The current study aims … Which was submitted by the student “Farah Dergham Abdel Fattah” in the Department of Industrial Management, to ensure the use of standard practices and modern means to verify the validity of software and control its quality, and therefore software quality assurance processes are the backbone of sustainable life for continuous development and the provision of effective, strong and stable software products to users.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that it ensures the quality of software stability, elaborate performance, increased confidence and protects sensitive data and information in light of the rapid technological development, the different stages in the DMAIC methodology contribute to a detailed analysis of the process and identify possible errors and gaps, that is, defects and potential problems can be discovered and addressed before they negatively affect the quality of the final software.
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed, with the membership of both the lecturer Dr. Abdul Aziz Bashar Haseeb and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Ismail.
