College of Administration and Economics

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of ethical leadership on organizational health / a field study at the Northern Technical University”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study submitted by the student “Amal Dahham Najm” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to know the impact of ethical leadership in its dimensions represented in (justice, participation in power, clarity of role, ethical orientation, integrity) in organizational health in its dimensions represented in (clarity of goals, effective communication, creativity, adaptation).

The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a significant impact on the macro and micro levels of ethical leadership on organizational health.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Hussein from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem.
