The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Digital Transformation in Enhancing the Dimensions of Proactive Behavior: A Survey Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Leaders at the University of Mosul”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study submitted by the student “Shahd Raed Jameel” aims to identify the role of digital transformation in enhancing the dimensions of proactive behavior, as the dimensions of digital transformation were selected based on the relevant literature, which was represented in (supporting senior management, strategic directions, infrastructure, human resources) while the dimensions of proactive behavior were represented in (taking responsibility, individual innovation, individual voice, preventing a problem). This is for a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul.

A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: the existence of a correlation and a significant impact between digital transformation and the dimensions of proactive behavior among administrative leaders at the University of Mosul.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Nibal Younis Muhammad from the Northern Technical University and the teacher Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Sabawi, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hoda Abdul Rahim Hussein.
