The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Building and testing a model of the factors affecting the reduction of resistance to technological change towards the e-learning system by academics at the University of Mosul: The mediating role of the attitude towards the system

Part of it was attended by Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadouon Al-Samman, the respected Dean of the Faculty.

 

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Zaid Fawzi Ayoub” in the Department of Business Administration, to explain the mediating role of the beneficiary’s position towards the e-learning system in the influential relationship of personal, organizational and technological factors in the resistance of academics to zoom towards the e-learning system,

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Personal, organizational and technological factors affect the opposite moral impact on the resistance of academics to change towards the e-learning system, and that these three factors directly affect the attitude of the beneficiary towards the e-learning system,

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Al-Maadidi, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Abdul Rahman Youssef, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Abdul Rahim Hussein, Assistant Professor Dr. Rabie Ali Zakir from Al-Hamdaniya University, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Al-Sabawi.
