The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Specialized Diploma in Business Administration tagged “The Role of Organizational Trust in Achieving Job Happiness: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Badoush Cement Factory”.

The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Hossam Hamid Khalifa” in the Department of Business Administration to determine the role of organizational trust in achieving job happiness in the Badoush cement laboratory, and to identify the availability of study variables in it, and the extent to which the sample surveyed realized its importance, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the scale of the two variables of the study (organizational trust and job happiness) was adopted.

The study reached the most important conclusions: the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational confidence and job happiness, as well as the existence of a moral impact of all dimensions of organizational confidence in job happiness

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim and the membership of the teacher Dr. Ali Dhanoun Younis and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Aseel Zuhair Rashid.
