The role of technological culture in the success of management information systems: A survey study of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul.

The aim of the current study submitted by the student “Dalal Fathi Saleh Al-Obaidi”
In the Department of Management Information Systems to the statement of the role of technological culture in the success of management information systems, and a model was presented that includes the main variables represented by the dimensions of technological culture and the success of management information systems, and the size of the study population (266) represented by administrative leaders at the University of Mosul, which included (heads of departments and branches, and department rapporteurs), and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.

The study concluded to the most important conclusions: the existence of a moral impact of technological culture in the success of management information systems, and the study also found a good level of technological culture among university leaders in the field of study and based on the findings of the study has developed a set of proposals, the most important of which was the study and work constantly to develop the cognitive and skill side of administrative leaders in the field of study, Training courses and access to the latest developments in the field of technology.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hadi Khalil Ismail from Duhok Technical University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Abdul Rahman Youssef, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Asim Mohamed, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Zuhair Tawfiq.
