The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Global Innovation Management Istiqbal comprehensive approach to achieving customer well-being: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees and customers of the international company istipbal”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The study was submitted by the student “Maha Mustafa Janghiz” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Measuring the comprehensive creativity management, represented in its five dimensions (strategic creativity, organizational creativity, marketing creativity, cultural creativity, technological innovation, temporal creativity, spatial creativity), which is an independent variable, and determining whether it can be relied upon as an input to achieve customer well-being, which represents an approved variable in its three dimensions (perception and influence, customer behavior, customer environment) at Istiqbal International.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of two correlation and moral impact between the management of comprehensive creativity and the achievement of customer welfare in the company surveyed, and the strongest correlation between the dimension of technological innovation and the welfare of the customer, while the impact of the dimensions of the comprehensive creativity management varied in achieving customer well-being.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Professor Dr. Yazan Salem Muhammad from the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Zakir Saleh, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Al-Ah Abdul Mawjoud Al-Ani.
