The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The role of some green product design strategies in reducing environmental pollution levels / an exploratory study of the opinions of individuals working in a group of industrial factories in Nineveh Governorate”.

The current study presented by the student “Ahmed Anmar Abdul Hadi” in the Department of Industrial Management seeks to identify the role of some green product design strategies in reducing the level of environmental pollution, as this study was applied in a group of different private and governmental companies in Nineveh Governorate and research into the possibility of the availability of signs of a number of these strategies in the companies studied.

The study reached a set of results, including: The general rate of perception of the sample members regarding each of the variables of the study was positive, and achieved a correlation and significant impact between the strategies of green product design and environmental pollution.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Akab Hawass from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Munib Ali, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Mr. Riad Jamil Wahab.
