The Department of Accounting at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Auditing and Auditing tagged “A proposed audit program for the operations and activities of non-governmental organizations by applying to the Horizon of Success Organization for Development”

The current study aims … The objectives of the research were achieved by analyzing the current situation of the organization, and identifying weaknesses and gaps in the current control system.

The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: Despite the increase in the number and types of non-governmental organizations in Iraq, and the increase in their resources, they did not receive sufficient attention from writers and researchers in the field of accounting and control, and that there is a weakness in expertise and human resources with high efficiency and practical experience, especially in the field of control and finance.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Luqman Muhammad Ayoub and the membership of both the teacher Dr. Muthanna Faleh Badr and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Nashwan Talal Saadallah.
