The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Evaluating the quality of administrative decisions in light of some variables of the external environment: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The aim of the current study submitted by the student “Mohamed Ahmed Gomaa”
In the Department of Business Administration to: Identify the role of some factors of the external environment (the independent variable) in terms of its dimensions (factors of the social and cultural environment and factors of the technological environment) in enhancing the quality of administrative decisions (the approved variable) in terms of its dimensions (with the appropriate framework, innovative alternatives, and relevant information.

The study concluded the most important conclusions: the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation between some factors of the external environment, and the quality of administrative decisions, meaning that some factors of the external environment play a role in enhancing the quality of administrative decisions in the space of moderate interpretation of that enhancement.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawgoud Al-Ani, and Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Muhammad Khader from the University of Kirkuk, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Al-Jalili.
