College of Administration and Economics

The Council of the College of Administration and Economics held its twelfth session on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Headed by Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of all members of the Council, the Chairman of the Council welcomed the members and directed the following:

The Dean of the College directed the heads of the scientific departments to focus on the scientific aspects related to holding workshops, seminars and scientific conferences, especially the periodic ones, which contributes to enhancing the scientific march of the College of Administration and Economics and the University of Mosul.

The Dean of the college also directed the heads of scientific departments to prepare and prepare for the exams at the end of the first course for both postgraduate and preliminary studies in terms of completing the curricula, preparing questions according to the exam instructions, preparing the exam halls and all logistical requirements for the examination process, in a way that contributes to its success and excellence.

The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to urge the faculty to enhance research activity through the publication of scientific research in local, Arab and international journals, especially publishing in international containers Scopus, which contributes to strengthening the position of the dear University of Mosul in scientific classifications.

In conclusion, the topics on the agenda of the Council were discussed and the necessary and appropriate decisions and recommendations were taken thereon.
