The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “Diagnosing Empowering Leadership Behaviors: An Exploratory Study in the Municipality of Duhok Municipality”.

The current study… In order to clarify this, the dimensions of the study were determined based on the model (Ahearne et al. 2005), which is represented by four dimensions, namely (enhancing the meaning of work, enhancing participation in decision-making, showing confidence in high performance, and providing independence from bureaucratic restrictions).

The study reached the most important conclusions: that the surveyed organization has an acceptable orientation towards the use of empowering leadership behaviors, and this is explained by the response ratios and arithmetic means of the paragraphs of the dimensions of empowerment leadership.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed, and the membership of each of the teacher, Dr. Adwaa Kamal Hussein, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Esraa Tariq Hussein.
