The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “The role of wise leadership in achieving perceived organizational prestige: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of leaders in the Popular Mobilization Authority”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Yasser Masoud Qassem” in the Department of Business Administration to: Explaining the role of leadership in achieving the perceived organizational prestige of the Popular Mobilization Authority, as the problem of the study crystallized that the Popular Mobilization Authority is one of the organizations not associated with the Ministry and that the circumstances of its establishment were accompanied by the events that the country went through during the events of 2014 in several governorates.

The study reached the most important conclusions: the possession of the Popular Mobilization Commission for the wise leadership in its dimensions and its supervision, in addition to the Commission a distinguished position and organizational prestige among the ranks of the army that oppose it.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and the membership of each of the teacher, Dr. Ahmed Moayad Attia, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Shaima Muhammad Saleh.
