The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The Impact of Cognitive Abilities in Enhancing the Organized Position: The Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Preparedness – A Field Study in Some Private Schools in the City of Mosul”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the Dean’s assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
The aim of the current study … Which was submitted by the student “Ali Burhan Muhammad” in the Department of Business Administration to: Highlighting the impact of cognitive abilities in enhancing the organizational position through the mediating role of entrepreneurial preparedness in some private schools in the city of Mosul, and the research problem crystallized in that private schools resort to different forms of contracting with educational and teaching staff in order to enhance the organizational position.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a positive moral correlation between each of (cognitive abilities and organizational status) and (cognitive abilities and entrepreneurial preparedness) and (entrepreneurial readiness and organizational status), as well as the existence of a significant impact of cognitive abilities in the organizational position mediated by a college of entrepreneurial preparedness.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hashim Fawzi Dabbas Mahal from the University of Kufa, with the membership of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Abdul Jabbar, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim, Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad, Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawgoud Abdul Jabbar Al-Ani.
