The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The Impact of Virtuous Leadership in Supporting the Welfare of Employees: The Mediating Role of Green Human Resource Management Practices / An Exploratory Study in the North Refineries Company”.

Part of it was attended by the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Hala Faza Dagher” in the Department of Business Administration to: Determining the nature of the impact relationship between the variables of the study at the macro and micro levels in the researched organization, and in a way that translates its direction as it reflects the level of morale or not, and accordingly a hypothetical scheme has been prepared that reflects the nature of the relationships between the variables of the explanatory and approved study represented

by: (Virtuous leadership, green human resource management practices, employee welfare).

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of relationships between the interpretive variables (independent, intermediate) and approved under study, and under that the researcher was able to indicate a number of (conclusions), the most important of which is the existence of a direct moral impact of virtuous leadership and green human resource management practices separately on the welfare of workers.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Razzaq Giyad Muhammad from the University of Kufa, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Sumaya Abbas Majeed from Al-Mustansiriya University, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani, Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed.
