The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Hoshin Kanri’s Modified Role Test for the Impact of Life Cycle Assessment on Construction and Demolition Waste Recycling Processes: A Case Study in Mosul Municipality Directorate / Waste and Solid Waste Recycling Plant.

The current study targeted … Submitted by the student “Ahmed Talal Ahmed Effendi” in the Department of Industrial Management to: The current study tests the modified role of Hoshin Kanri for the effect of life cycle assessment on the recycling of construction and demolition waste and its application in the waste and solid waste recycling plant / Mosul Municipality, as the rapid population increase in the world contributed to the increase in construction projects.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The directorate under study has the ability to successfully recycle construction and demolition waste, but it needs methods imposed on the parties causing this waste to deliver it to the plant for recycling, and it was found that the production capacity of the plant is very small and does not correspond to the size of the city of waste.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Adel Zakir Al-Naama, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Aseel Ali Mezher from the University of Qadisiya, Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Ismail and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Muhammad and the membership and supervision of Prof. Dr. Maysar Ibrahim Al-Jubouri.
