The Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Measuring and evaluating financial performance using the banking scoring system and its impact on achieving financial sustainability: an analytical study of a sample of private commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

In the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences: Measuring and evaluating the financial performance of the banks of the study sample using the banking scoring system and determining the nature of the impact of the indicators of the banking scoring system represented in (capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity quality, profitability quality) on financial sustainability.

The study concluded the most important conclusions: there was a direct impact of liquidity quality indicators, profitability quality and capital adequacy on financial sustainability, while the asset quality index did not have a significant impact on financial sustainability.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Salah Al-Din Muhammad Al-Imam from the Administrative Technical College / Baghdad and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Doaa Noman Muhammad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Saja Fathi Muhammad, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Abdul Karim Muhammad.
