The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Participatory Leadership in Enhancing Organizational Resilience: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Scientific Assistant.

The current study presented by the student “Muhannad Fateh Allah Mohamed” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to identify the impact of participatory leadership in its dimensions (participation in decision-making, communication and information building, and human relations) on organizational flexibility in its dimensions (strategic flexibility, structural flexibility, and operational flexibility) in the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the results of the statistical analysis of the modeling of the structural equation indicate the existence of a significant impact of the variable of participatory leadership in the variable of organizational flexibility,

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Mohamed Yahya, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdul Allah Danouk from the Northern Technical University / Hawija Technical Institute, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim.
