The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “Evaluating the efficiency of the performance of Hayman Furniture Manufacturing Company in Duhok for the years 2021-2022”
Part of it was attended by the assistants of the Dean for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
The study… Which was submitted by the student “Dakhaz Hamid Abdul Rahman” in the Department of Economics to evaluate the performance efficiency of Hayman Furniture Manufacturing Company using a number of modern and classic standards to determine the reality of productivity and production and identify the percentage of utilization and production capacities from them, as well as to identify the reality of the company in terms of manufacturing degree standards, the number of computers, the development of workers’ capabilities, and others during the period (2021-2022) under study.

 

The study reached the most important conclusions: the existence of productive capacities disabled and not exploited optimally, while partial productivity was varied during the period of the study between decline and rise, due to the lack of employment of any techniques for modern and advanced technology to improve methods and methods of production as well as the variation in the value of production and the value of raw materials and the number of workers and total salaries and wages during the years of study and the total productivity was low due to the high prices of raw materials and high wages and salaries,

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ruqayya Khalaf Hamad and the membership of each of the lecturer Dr. Muhannad Munir Bashir and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Wajih Mahdi.
