The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of organizational learning abilities in achieving organizational brilliance The mediating role of open creativity activities: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of teachers of Iraqi private universities”

Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Scientific Assistant.

The current study submitted by the student “Duha Mahfouz Qasim Mohamed” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to know the impact of organizational learning capabilities in their dimensions (experimentation, risk tolerance, interaction with the external environment, dialogue, participation in decision-making) in achieving organizational brilliance in its dimensions represented in (the brilliance of knowledge, the brilliance of leadership, the brilliance of service and innovation) through the mediating role of open creativity activities.

The study concluded several conclusions, most notably: there is a significant discrepancy between the universities surveyed with regard to the adoption of the study variables, as well as the presence of a statistically significant impact of organizational learning capabilities in organizational brilliance directly, as well as proving that open creativity activities have an intermediate role between organizational learning capabilities and organizational brilliance in the private universities surveyed and these results were identical with the hypotheses in this aspect.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Hussein from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Jassim Mohamed, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi.
