The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Contribution of Business Process Reengineering in Supporting the Accelerated Supply Chain: A Field Study in the State Company for the Manufacture of Vehicles and Equipment – Babylon Battery Factory”.

The current study submitted by the student “Maryam Rafi Ahmed” in the Department of Industrial Management aims to: Diagnosis, analyze and discuss the ranges of correlation relationships and levels of influence regarding the contribution of business process reengineering (in terms of its dimensions) as an independent variable in supporting the accelerated processing chain (in terms of its dimensions) as a dependent variable at the level of the current field of study.

The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a correlation and a statistically significant impact of business process re-engineering in terms of its dimensions (in general) and (individually) in the accelerated processing chain in terms of its dimensions (in general) and (individually), and this reflects the importance of increasing the contribution of the management of the field of study to re-engineering business processes and its role in supporting the accelerated processing chain in general.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Mohamed Saleh from the Mosul Technical Institute, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Munib Ali and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Bashar Haseeb, and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Adel Zakir Al-Naama.
