The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The role of electronic customer relationship management in improving the quality of electronic services / an exploratory study for a number of banks in the city of Mosul”.

The current study submitted by the student “Safaa Adel Hassan” in the Department of Industrial Management aims to: Knowing the role of electronic customer relationship management in its dimensions (technological support, Internet communication, and knowledge management), in the quality of electronic services in its dimensions (response, website design, ease of use, system provision and accessibility, reliability and reliability, and privacy (learning abilities, communication abilities, cultural abilities, and creative abilities).

The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a correlation and a significant impact at the macro and micro levels of electronic customer relationship management in the quality of electronic services.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Ismail, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hussein and Assistant Professor Dr. Wijdan Hassan Hammoudi from the Northern Technical University / Administrative Technical College, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed.
