The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Environmental Culture in Promoting the Application of Green Industrialization Strategies / An Exploratory Study in the General Company for Al-Mishraq Sulfur”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study submitted by the student “Hala Talal Talab Al-Maadidi” in the Department of Industrial Management aimed to: Demonstrate the role of environmental culture in promoting the application of green industrialization strategies An exploratory study in the General Company for Al-Mishraq Sulfur, which adopted in its conceptual framework the subject of environmental culture in its dimensions (environmental values, environmental education, environmental awareness) as an independent variable, as well as addressing the subject of green industrialization strategies in their dimensions (reduction strategy from the source, Reuse strategy.

The study concluded to the most important conclusions: that the general rate of perception of the individuals surveyed was good and positive, which confirms that they pay attention to the dimensions of environmental culture in order to promote the application of green manufacturing strategies in the company Field of study
There is a correlation and significant impact between the dimensions of environmental culture and green industrialization strategies.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Adel Zakir Al-Naama, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Faris Younis Shams Al-Din from the Technical University of Duhok / Akre Technical Institute, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Mr. Riyad Jamil Wahab.
