The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of the Accelerated Supply Chain in Achieving Competitive Advantage: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Workers in the Northern Cement Assistant / Badoush Cement Factory Expansion”
Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs.
The current study presented by the student “Omar Ahmed Mohamed” in the Department of Business Administration aims to: Knowing the nature of the relationship of correlation and influence between the accelerated processing chain, as an independent variable with its four dimensions: (response, adaptation, speed, information technology) in achieving competitive advantage, as an approved variable for the study in its five dimensions represented in (cost, quality, flexibility, delivery, and creativity).
The study reached conclusions, most notably: the availability of dimensions of the accelerated processing chain in the northern cement assistant / Badoush cement plant expansion, and that the correlations between the variables were significant and positive in general, as well as the impact of the accelerated supply chain at the macro and micro level in competitive advantage.
The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Assi Hussein from the Northern Technical University and Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Jassim Mohamed, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid.
