The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Proactive behavior of senior management and its impact on organizational excellence / a survey study of the opinions of senior leaders in a number of service organizations”

The current study submitted by the student “Amani Mudar Abdul Aziz” in the Department of Business Administration sought to know the impact of the proactive behavior of senior management represented in its dimensions (responsibility, vocal behavior, individual innovation, problem prevention) in achieving organizational excellence, which had its dimensions (leadership excellence, strategic excellence, human resources excellence, organizational structure excellence, organizational culture excellence) in both the directorates of Mosul Municipality and the Nineveh Electricity Directorate / Northern Region Distribution.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a significant correlation for the proactive behavior variable in organizational excellence, as well as there is a significant correlation for the dimensions of proactive behavior individually in organizational excellence. Also, there is a clear impact relationship between the proactive behavior variable in organizational excellence, and there is an impact relationship for the dimensions of proactive behavior individually in organizational excellence based on the current study.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Muhammad Khader from the University of Kirkuk, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Thanoun Younis, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Abdul Hadi Al-Jalili.
