The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Industrial Management tagged “The contribution of human resources re-engineering in reducing waste according to the philosophy of agile manufacturing / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the State Company for Textile and Leather Industries – ready-made clothing factory – my son’s clothing factory”.

The current study sought … Which was submitted by the student “Maysam Muzaffar Younis” in the Department of Industrial Management to: Re-engineering human resources The contemporary trend of redesigning the activities, tasks and responsibilities that human resources can perform, in a way that helps organizations adopt modern manufacturing systems, including agile manufacturing, in order to take advantage of its advantages, the most important of which is the elimination of waste in all its forms in production processes.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: (The adoption of the research field laboratory for the concept of human resources re-engineering had a great impact in reducing forms of waste according to the philosophy of lean manufacturing).
