The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Quality Management tagged “The Role of Expert Systems in Improving the Quality of Education / An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Mosul University Teachers”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study sought … Which was submitted by the student “Ahmed Muhammad Hassan” in the Department of Industrial Management to: Explore the extent to which a sample of Mosul University teachers are aware of the importance of expert systems in improving the quality of education, identify the challenges facing their application, and propose solutions to make the most of these technologies.

The research reached a set of conclusions, most notably: Bridging the knowledge gap on the role of expert systems in improving the quality of education at the University of Mosul, and providing practical and applicable recommendations to develop the educational process and enhance its efficiency.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Omar Ali Ismail and with the membership of both the teacher Dr. Ali Walid Hazem and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail.
