The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The impact of human capital as a mediating variable between digital transformation and the quality of educational service: A field study of a group of private schools in the city of Mosul”.

Part of it was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Administrative Assistant.

The current study submitted by the student “Firas Faisal Selo” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Knowing the impact of human capital as an intermediate variable between digital transformation and the quality of educational service A field study for a group of private schools in the city of Mosul, as this study focused on several applications, including describing and diagnosing the study variables in the light of analyzing the answers of the respondents represented by workers in private schools in the city of Mosul.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the need for digital transformation in educational institutions due to the role played by this transformation in achieving competitive advantage, and making a qualitative leap in the goals that educational institutions seek to achieve, so that the focus is on providing learners with the set of skills required by life in the era of digital transformation.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Abdul Salam Ali Hussein from the University of Anbar, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen, Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed, Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Muhammad Al-Sabawi and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed.
