The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Digital Transformation: An Introduction to Enhancing Human Resources Governance: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Individuals Working in the Nineveh Governorate Traffic Directorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Assistant for Scientific Affairs.

In the Department of Business Administration to: Defining digital transformation as an independent variable with its dimensions represented by (human resource, infrastructure, big data, innovation), an introduction to enhancing human resources governance as a dependent variable with its dimensions represented in (justice, accountability, transparency, participation)

The study concluded to the most important conclusions: the existence of a significant correlation between digital transformation and human resources governance, and this indicates that the awareness of individuals working in the researched organization of the components of digital transformation will contribute to strengthening human resources governance and its reflection on organizational performance within the organization.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Muhammad Al-Sabawi, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Ali Hussein from the University of Fallujah, and Assistant Professor Dr. Adwaa Kamal Hussein, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari.
