College of Administration and Economics

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Organizational ingenuity as an entry point to achieve a sustainable labor organization / an analytical study of the views of leaders at the University of Mosul”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The aim of the current study submitted by the student “Yousef Mahmoud Hamid Al-Dulaimi”
In the Department of Business Administration to: Knowing the role that organizational prowess plays in its dimensions of (investment, exploration) as an input to achieving a sustainable work organization with its dimensions (commitment, capabilities, culture, interdependence) at the University of Mosul.

The study concluded the most important conclusions: the existence of a statistically significant correlation and impact at the macro and micro levels between the variable of organizational prowess and the sustainable work organization at the University of Mosul.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Thanoun Younis, and Assistant Professor Dr. Riyad Shahada Hussein from the University of Tikrit, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi.
