The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “The impact of expert systems on organizational resilience: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of employees in government banks in the city of Mosul.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study in the Department of Management Information Systems aimed to Know the impact of expert systems as an independent variable with its dimensions (hardware, software and knowledge engineer) in organizational flexibility as an approved variable, by surveying the opinions of the research sample of workers in government banks in Mosul.
The study reached conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a significant and positive correlation between the research variables and expert systems and organizational flexibility at the macro level and was the strongest correlation between the dimension of knowledge engineer and organizational flexibility, which confirms its importance in achieving organizational flexibility and the existence of a significant impact relationship between expert systems and organizational flexibility at the macro level.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Hussein, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Zuhair Tawfiq and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Zaid Fawzi Ayoub.
