College of Administration and Economics

The Faculty Council met in its fifth session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and in the presence of the Dean’s assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and the heads of scientific departments, and after welcoming the attendees by the Dean of the Faculty, the meeting dealt with the following topics:

1- The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to commit to working hours for the faculty teachers and employees according to the specified time and with the electronic fingerprint system for the fingerprint of attendance and departure.
2- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to follow up and motivate teachers to publish in local, regional and international journals, especially publishing in magazines within Scopus containers.
3- The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to focus on the need to hold conferences, seminars and scientific workshops on an ongoing basis, which enhances the college’s scientific activity.
4- He also directed to emphasize the completion of all the requirements of the Bologna International Study Track system, which will be applied in the early academic stages.

Finally, the Council dealt with what was stated in its agenda.
