The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Marketing knowledge as an intermediate variable for the nature of the relationship between crowdsourcing systems and marketing creativity:An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers in furniture companies – Mosul city.

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Bahaa Habib Mahmoud” in the Department of Business Administration to: Identifying the reality of marketing creativity in its dimensions (creativity by product, creativity by price, creativity by promotion, creativity by distribution) in furniture companies operating in the city of Mosul and the extent of the contribution of crowdsourcing systems in its dimensions (mission, participants, rewards or payments).
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant correlation and significant impact between crowdsourcing systems and both marketing creativity and marketing knowledge, as well as between marketing knowledge and marketing creativity, and also shows the existence of an indirect statistically significant moral effect of crowdsourcing systems in marketing creativity.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Youssef Hajim Sultan from the University of Kufa, and with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Abdullah Hadid, Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Jarallah Khalil, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Hamed, Assistant Professor Dr. Manal Abdul-Jabbar Al-Sammak, and the membership and supervision of Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani.
