College of Administration and Economics

Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Business and Economics, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, the competent committee began its work on Tuesday morning, November 5, 2024, to start implementing the central human resources system (HR) in Laboratory No. 1 in the Deanship of the College building. This system is one of the latest advanced electronic systems, and the Dean worked in cooperation with the Administrative Assistant to launch the work of the committee to ensure time saving, greater accuracy and higher efficiency.

The system aims to meet the needs of all affiliates by processing applications accurately and quickly, which contributes to improving quality and enhancing the benefit for all college employees, providing an integrated and modern work environment,
This project represents an important step towards digital transformation in the College of Business and Economics, and the implementation of the central human resources system comes to meet the needs of the affiliates and enhance work efficiency and speed of delivery.
