The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Strategic Dialogue in Improving Digital Transformation Readiness: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of Administrative Leaders in the Diwan of Nineveh Governorate and its affiliated units”.
Part of it was attended by the Assistant President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the Dean’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs.
The aim of the current study submitted by the student “Ahmed Fawaz Kurdi Al-Jawaani”
In the Department of Business Administration to: Revealing the role of strategic dialogue in improving the readiness of digital transformation in the Nineveh Governorate Office and its affiliated units, while the research problem of the study crystallized through the reality of the challenges facing government organizations to achieve digital transformation, including the researched organization.
The study concluded that there is a moral and direct correlation between the two axes of strategic dialogue, the strength of dialogue, the pillars of dialogue and the readiness of digital transformation, which confirms that the strength of dialogue and its main pillars such as transparency, cooperation and the role of leadership are essential factors in enhancing readiness for digital transformation in the organization.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hatem Ali Abdullah from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Muhammad Al-Sabawi, and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Al-Maadidi.
