The meeting of the Committee of Deans of the Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraqi universities was held under the auspices of the President of the University of Karbala and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala. In the presence of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, Vice Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraqi Universities

On Thursday, December 5, 2024, a meeting of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraqi Universities was held at the Holy University of Karbala, in the presence of a number of deans of colleges from various Iraqi universities.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, Sabah Wajid Ali, and Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, Vice Chairman of the Deans Committee, where a range of important academic and administrative topics were discussed.

The meeting dealt with strengthening cooperation between the faculties of administration and economics in Iraqi universities, and unifying curricula in line with modern scientific developments.In addition to enhancing graduate programs and scientific research. They also discussed the development of teaching methods and keeping pace with the needs of the Iraqi labor market by updating academic programs and launching new programs that meet the needs of the market.

This meeting is an important step towards strengthening coordination between Iraqi universities and developing strategies for the development of higher education in the fields of management and economics. It reflects the effective role of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, in leading and directing the committee towards achieving the goals of higher education in Iraq.
