The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “The Role of Intelligent Leadership in Achieving Job Stability: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Mosul Municipality Directorate”.

The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Musa Saleh Taha” in the Department of Business Administration to: Determining the actual role achieved by smart leadership in achieving job stability by diagnosing (the level of relationship and impact between them, which necessitated raising the following question, which represents a starting point for the current study and its content What is the extent of the actual role of smart leadership in its dimensions in achieving job stability at the level of the organization studied? .

The study reached the most important conclusions: that smart leadership, which is one of the main pillars in the process of making thoughtful and effective decisions, and this affects the work environment significantly, and achieve effective communication, smart leaders improve communication with working individuals, which enhances confidence and a sense of belonging.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Thanoun Younis Al-Jader, and the membership of each of the teacher, Dr. Saja Nazir Hamid, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Noor Ali Abboud.
