A twinning and joint cooperation agreement is concluded between the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul and the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Al-Kitab University.

With the authorization of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Ramo Al-Ibrahimi, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, signed a twinning agreement with Prof. Dr. Sami Diab Makhal, Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Al-Kitab University, on Monday, December 16, 2024,
The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Iyad Al-Khazraji, visited the President of Al-Kitab University in his office to discuss and try about the agreement established between the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul and the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Al-Kitab University.

The agreement aims to strengthen the academic partnership between the two institutions, exchange educational and scientific experiences, as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research and curriculum development. The agreement also focuses on strengthening relations between the various colleges and departments in the two universities to serve the development of higher education in Iraq.
