The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, held a meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in the presence of the Scientific Assistant, the heads of the Business Administration and Management Information Systems departments, as well as the Graduate Studies Officer, to discuss the preparation of a study for the development of a higher diploma program equivalent to a master’s degree in strategic planning.

The meeting dealt with the scientific and administrative aspects necessary to establish the program, to ensure the achievement of the required academic standards, and to meet the needs of the labor market in the field of strategic planning. The requirements of the curricula, and the human and technical resources necessary for the success of the project were also discussed.

At the end of the meeting, the Dean stressed the importance of strategic planning in enhancing institutional performance, stressing the need to complete the study in accordance with the official controls to be presented to the competent authorities for approval.
