College of Administration and Economics

The Council of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul held a on Saturday, February 15, 2025 special meeting headed by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, to discuss a number of important issues that contribute to developing the academic process and enhancing the quality of education.

The meeting discussed in its first axis ways to achieve academic accreditation according to international standards, ensuring raising the level of institutional performance and enhancing the scientific status of the college. The council also discussed the importance of supporting people with special needs, by providing an appropriate educational environment that facilitates their integration into the educational process, in line with the university’s comprehensive policies.

In the context of promoting scientific research, the council stressed encouraging instructors to publish in global containers (Scopus), as this has an impact on raising the college’s academic classification and enhancing the role of researchers in contributing to scientific knowledge at the international level.

The council affirmed its commitment to implementing the recommendations of the meeting and following up on their implementation, in order to achieve academic excellence and enhance a supportive and sustainable educational environment.
