The sustainable development platform at the College of Administration and Economics held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, a lecture on the importance of afforestation within the activities of the World Afforestation Day, and the lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Manal Abdul-Jabbar Al-Sammak and Dr. Amal Sarhan Suleiman Al-Taie, which was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, the Dean’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, and a number of college students, which included an explanation of the importance of the afforestation process and its role in the process of preserving the natural climate and the beautiful and natural environment. In order to achieve the seventeen sustainable development goals, the most important goals of which are planting trees and the need to preserve the climate.
