The family of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, extends its warmest congratulations and blessings to Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Zakir Al-Qutji, on the occasion of assuming the duties of heading the Marketing Management Department.
